Min 2 quarterly pick-up commitment

Min 1 month notice to cancel/pause
- May only pause for up to 2 pick-ups
- Credit card will auto charge quarterly before pick-up date
- If credit card on file cannot be charged & we cannot get ahold of the member for 30 days, they will be dropped from the membership and will be placed on the bottom of waiting list
- Members will be notified via email when pick-up is ready

Pick-up only (may assign 2 alternate persons for quarterly pick-ups)
- If there is an issue with a pick-up, please notify us within 48 hours of pick-up
