Houston, we have a problem. As Mindscape’s Data Director, Lauren Houston has become very accustomed to hearing that phrase. Lucky for her team, Lauren has always been able to create a solution to anything that’s thrown her way. Her previous experience as Brewery Operations Manager, Sacramento Area Brewers Guild President, and California Craft Brewers Cup Committee Member are just some examples of Lauren’s ability to be persistent and lead. Mindscape Fermentations would have been a mere idea if it wasn’t for Lauren’s ability to frame dreams. When you walk into the taproom, keep in mind that this is a direct result of Lauren’s dedication.
